We stand behind the quality of Fluttr and offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers: 

• Defects in Materials: Issues arising from the materials used in the game components. 
• Defects in Workmanship: Problems resulting from errors during the manufacturing process.

2) Warranty Period:​
The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. 

3) Warranty Exclusions:​
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
• Alterations or modifications made to the game components.
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.

4) Warranty Claims Process:​
To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service at fluttrspinthebottle@gmail.com with the following details:

• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
• Description of the defect.
• Photographs of the defective component(s).

2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request the return of the defective item for inspection.
3. Resolution: Upon verification of the defect, we will:

• Replace the defective component(s) with new ones.
• Provide a full replacement of the game if necessary.

5) Limitation of Liability:​
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components or the game itself. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
